At Lord Legal, we believe that knowledge is power — especially when it comes to your rights under the law.
This section of our website will feature regular updates and practical explanations of changes to key criminal legislation, including the Crimes Act 1900, Bail Act 2013, Young Offenders Act 1997, and the Road Transport Act 2013.
We’ll also break down important information about police powers under the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002 (LEPRA), to help members of our community better understand their rights and responsibilities when interacting with police.
